TIME:     Afternoon 
 

LOCATION:   Tulare County, California 
 

TERRAIN:    National Forest 
 

OBSERVED:    A hairy bipedal creature it was almost or at least 8 ft. tall it did have a pungent odor.
 

Activities of Witness:   Me and my family were hiking to the lower resevoir when we saw it. 
 

Description of Creature:  It was black and very hairy i did not see the face because it was fairly far away but i did see that its arms hung low and that it almost hunched when it walked.
 

Other Notes:    When i first noticed something strange i heard bushes rustle and the pine needles crush.
 

Other (Informational or Encounter History in the General Area) Notes:    In strawberry which is about 40 or 50 miles down the mountain headed west in fact there is actually a carved wooden bigfoot in front of the store there but, back in the 90's there sightings and even reported bigfoot calls.
