OBSERVED:    I've never told this story to anyone but my wife of 15 years. I hunt continually and have never seen anything this close.

In those days it was a dead end with woods behind all of the homes in the lower portion of the road. I was going to bed around 8:30 when I noticed a bigfoot outside my window. We lived in a single ranch duplex and my curtains had a bottom portion with an upper portion that left a good vision of a 1/2 foot of opening.

The animal was tall (7 ft at  least). I remember because I had to look up at him (it). It was covered with thick black fur and resembled an man/ape mixture.

I simply covered my head, being afraid, and it soon left. Several weeks later my window was broken. My parents attributed it to someone shooting a pellet /BB gun but I'm not so sure, None the less I can't prove either.

I noticed another sighting in the same general area and thought it was my responsibility to report this as the area was quite populated...even in the 60's.
 

Activities of Witness:   Trying to go to sleep on a summers night.  
 

Description of Creature:  Tall, human features, and covered in black fur over it's entire body. I couldn't see below it's chest so that portion is an assumption. I have no doubt it's valid though.
 

Other Notes:    No except we had a large creek in front of the duplex that contained a great deal of wildlife. Especially Water Moccasins, crawdads,and an occasional beaver.

We moved from the location in 69.
