OBSERVED:    My brother & about six others were in two vehicles on  XXXX road in October of 1968. They came upon a creature laying at the edge of the road. They stopped, it stood up on two legs when they got out. It had dark brown hair with light gray or silver ends & was about 5 1/2 feet tall. One
of the guys shouted at it, thinking it was someone trying to scare them for a early halloween prank. Then the creature bent over & slapped the ground, then it picked up some gravel & dirt then threw it at them.  One of the guys charged it and tried to tackle, the creature started to defend itself by hitting with the backs of its hands, when it broke free from the guy it ran as fast as a deer & leaped a fence then vanished in the woods.
 
 

Activities of Witness:   cruising the back roads on a friday night
 

Description of Creature:  dark brown hair with white or gray ends, 5 1/2 ft. tall.  moved as fast as a deer, walked up-right. long hair around face area but very
short hair on the top of its head, very stocky build.
 
 

Other Notes:    My brothers encounter was the second sighting, it was a flap that lasted about a week. a police officer reported seeing it run across the road near this area.

I'm still investigating this case, This is 100 % credible, no doubt about it.  I grew up hearing this story & have researched it in detail.

People from this area reported seeing this creature for a week or so in 1968 & there was a story that appeared in the Fulton County Democrat newspaper. If you want more details please contact me via email & I can send my link with the full story..

About 10 miles from this location in the 1990s i heard some screams that
sounded like a woman being killed. it lasted about 10 mins.
