OBSERVED:     Me and a friend were out having a bb gun war in my timber. I am 15 and he is 16. We decided to stop and go mess around on the crick.  It is froze over so we could walk on it.  After about 10 minutes of sliding around on the ice we saw something dark, kind of a really dark brown but not black, hunkered down on the back about 30 yards down stream.  We thought it might have been a nieghbor of mine playing a trick so we yelled " hey whats up "

Then it stood up. and then hunkered down again. We thought he was just trying to scare us so we just kept on sliding around.  Then after about 5 min of keeping a close eye on it, it moved twords us. We stopped dead in our tracks.  We herd somthing growling and we thought it was a coyote or a wild dog of some sort. but it was to big., so we decided to leave., we starting walking up the crick and if followed us while walking on the opposite bank of the crick. Then we heard another growl.  That really freaked us out so we started running and it ran accross the crick on two legs, very fast. then we froze again. We thought if it was a animal or a dog it would not be on 2 legs runnning on ice.  Then we started running again, up the hill to my house and we heard a bunch of sticks and twigs snapping, but it wasnt us doing that.  It kinda sounded like trees falling. we went out the next day with shotguns and we found no tracks, hair, or downed trees, we saw nothing that next day.
 

Activities of witness(es):  Having a bb gun war and a snowball fight
 

Description of Creature:   Really dark brown but not black, hunkered down.
Just growling and it hunkered on the bank and then running across the crick.
Creature appeared to be about 7 feet tall, it acted like it was
scared of us, after it ran across the crick very fast, we freaked out and ran.

Other Notes:     We were not on drugs and we were not drunk both times
 

Other Other Notes:    I dont think we have had any cattle disapearances
or mutalations, but i have seen a lot of deer that have been brutally slashed open and hollowed out with not blood or any damage to the head or the body.
No we dont have bears around here, thats what a lot of people say
when i talk to them on the net is that oh well it was just a bear, but we know better. we want to set up a servalance system to try and catch the creature on tape or sound. my friends and I are military freaks so we have a lot of camo clotheing
and we make some ghillie suits to blend in to the terrain., but we never see anything when we are looking for it, we allways see somthing when we are caught off gaurd or not thinkning about it.

We have also just thought about carrying a camera with us to proove what we see, like i said,  we don't tell many people at all, i have just told my mom, you, and one of my most trusted frineds. XXXXXXX has told no one that i know of.

There has been a lot of other times when i have been staying at XXXXXXX house and we have been in the woods by cricks and we have heard branches breaking and water splashing, one time we thought there to be at least 4 bigfoot out in a field, we were waiting for his little brother (XXXXX ) and we were set up in a tree with ghillie suits on, it was about time for the sun to set and we saw 4 big dark figures moving really slow in the south field. which is corn. and we knew it could not of been deer, just by the shape of the figures, then they just slowley disapeared into the woods about 800 yards away, then about 15 min later XXXXX came out and said he didnt come out right away because the "trespassers" were back. we are the only ones who know about them, XXXXX at that time was 14 i was 14 and XXXXXX was 16 now XXXXX is 15 i am 15 and XXXXXX is 17, but with weird experiances like that one, makes us want to flank attack them, we have thought out very seccessful plans to counter attack them, we just dont know if we are ready and have enugh firepower to take them out, we dont know what  may kill them or even make them stronger. we dont want to hurt them, we just dont want them hurting us, none of them have ever tried to hurt us i guess, but we havent gave them any chances so far, except when we are on foot or when we are at the crick at night, but most of the time we are in ghillie suits and are seeing them at about 200 yards, the times when we have been at the bridge and on the crick when the creature was about 15 to 20 yards away is the closest we have been.
 
 

Other sightings in this area?:     Yes, last summer me and 2 friends saw somthing a little odd. me (XXXXX) XX, XXXXXX ( XX ) and XXXXX ( XX ) were down at the crick at night under the bridge fishing. We saw again, somthing on the crick bank. We yelled and it hunkered down and it was really late about 12:30 am and it was a full moon so we could kind of see things, after we yelled it hunkered down then about after 10 sec it stood up and started comming twords us really slow. we took off running and we thought it was following us up the road. we again heard twigs and trees breaking.
