LOCATION:   Marion County, Kansas 
 

TERRAIN:    Wooded 
 

OBSERVED:    I was on my way to work. Pulled up to the stop sign stopped looked both ways, i looked one way then the other, then there up on the hill which was only 1/4 away at most I saw a Man or some person walking across the road. Sped up on to the point where I saw the figure, slowed way down and could not see a thing.

Additional Things:    Very unusual quiet morning 
 

Activities of Witness:   I was driving 
 

Description of Creature:  tall, big, figured moved fairly fast
