OBSERVED:
My dad, me and brother were camping in a place we had camped many times
prior. We awoke before daylight as everyone knows you have to be up at
daylight to catch fish. My dad sent me down to the boat to get some
coffee where as he didn't operate well till he had a few cups.
We
had camped in kind of an alleyway (clearing with trees overhead on both
sides) I was almost to the boat when I heard a noise to my left, could
have been a twig snapping, I do not recall. When I stopped
and turned to look I saw what I thought was a man standing next to a tree
just inside the woods.
It
was strange because no other cars where there. He was about 20 yards
from me at almost daylight. I watched for about 30 seconds and he
turned and walked off into the woods. When I returned to camp about
50 yards from where I saw the thing I told my dad about a man in a fringe
jacket which was really odd because of the temp. My dad started acting
funny and asking me questions about how he walked off and what color was
the jacket and did it walk off on two or four legs. You have to understand
my dad had been in the woods all his life and my brother and I had hunted
since we were able to walk so to see my dad scared was a sobering sight.
It was another few years before he explained the reason for his discomfort.

DESCRIPTION
OF CREATURE: Reddish color, 6 or
7 feet tall, long hair color and hair made me think of a fringe jacket.

NOTES:
OTHER SIGHTINGS IN THIS AREA?: Yes, my grandfather was camping about 4 miles from this spot on other side of river and heard a sound he describes as what a bigfoot sounds like on tv. my father and some friends where night fishing in the same lake a few years later and 3 grown men left the fish biting and came home because of strange noise
