OBSERVED:    i was looking for squirrels on a little dirt road that leads to
a bayou that is kind of swampy looking. when you get to the bayou
you have to walk down a hill.  i was standing at the edge of the
hill just before you walk down it.  there were no squirrels or birds
anything around that day.  when i turned around and not very far
behind me i saw this thing standing upright kind of between two pine
trees watching me.  it was two close for me to have mistook it for a
tree or brush.   i stood there for maybe a 1/2 a minute staring at
it not sure whether or not to move as the creature was between
me and the only way out.   the creature was tall and huge it looked
about 8 feet or so it was covered in long dark brown hair.  it's
face did not have much hair except like a old mountian man type
beard .  that is what it reminded me of.  i had 22 rifle with me
but that would not have done anything but have ticked it off.
i made one step forward it just turned and walked away back toward
the woods.  i left and have been back since fishing with family
and always feel like something is watching us.  we have heard
the loudest splashing where the bayou and the river meet,  but
never seen what was making the noise.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:    About 8 foot tall and huge. covered with dark brown hair., yes to many to list here

OTHER NOTES:    Every spring and summer something screams  comes behind the
property we live on. a few weeks ago something came into the back yard and hit the back of the house about midnight. we have a blackmouth cur dog that is not scared of anything, but that night he would not come out from under the house.

OTHER OTHER NOTES:   Always had the feeling of something watching watching me.it is always unusally silent there. there were strange screams heard
coming from the area.
