DATE:        06/16/02

TIME:

LOCATION:     Under Investigation.  North Central Mississippi

TERRAIN:      Definitely Rocky

OBSERVED:    My friends,Tim R. and Danny M. submitted to me a piece of sandstone
that contains what strongly resembles an ancient petrified front half of a large bipedal
animal that has 5 toes and a ball to the foot.

Apparently either due to weathering or weight displacement it seemed to walk or step
with its weight toward the inside of the foot whereas the depression is deepest at the
big toe and lighter toward the pinky toe but the track contains goods definition.  Each toe
is clearly seen and there is a slight ridge where the toes arched between the toes and
the ball of the foot.

The ball of the foot is clearly seen as well being in a direct line back from the big toe.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  N/A

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  N/A

OTHER NOTES:     This area is currently under investigation and the locations are being kept confidential at the request of the persons involved.

The track measures 6 1/2 inches across at the ball of the foot but due to the fact that it is a partial track I can only approximate the length which in my opinion would be around 15 inches.

FOLLOW UPS:

OTHER SIGHTINGS IN THIS AREA:  Yes, police officers as well as civilians have reported recent activity from this general area.
