                                                              Reported  by Confidential

RECEIVED FROM: G.C.B.R.O. Web Site Submission Form

DATE:   March 14, 1994

TIME:   Early morning

LOCATION:   Mississippi, Hinds County

TERRAIN:   Swampy

OBSERVED:   I had gone outside  in the wee hours of the morning to get a pack of cigarattes out of my truck. I had to walk a ways to get to my truck. When I walked out my front door and started walking towards my truck, I smelled a very foul, pungnant odor that I can not describe, nor will I ever forget. But I proceeded towards my truck anyway. As I neared the truck, I saw something lying/crouching on the ground. It was dark colored and fairly large and it had huge hind quarters. Something inside me knew to not show any fear, so I played like it was one of my dogs, but I knew it wasn't. The next morning we had this idea that we were going to take a walk in the woods. I could still smell that smell lingering in the air.(at this point I still wasn't aware of, or expecting anything unusual really.I really wasn't thinking in that kind of way). As we proceeded down the fence line I looked down and saw an unusual footprint. Then as we kept walking I kept seeing the footprints!

I kept this to myself, but I pulled my husband aside and showed them to him. We both kept it a secret for what reasons I don't know. I could kick myself for not taking pictures. But you see, the reason I'm submitting this report is because I have never ever seen this footprint on TV, magazines, or any web sites, including this one.Let me describe it the best I can. It looked like a human footprint but the big toe was gapped (spaced)about 1-2 inches from the next toe, it was very wide and I'd say it was at least 14 inches long. But whats unusual is it didn't have a "heel print" like all the other bigfoot prints. Instead, from about half way down, the footprint narrowed down (the only way I can explain, if you look at a cat or dogs backfoot, notice the whole foot part and how they actually walk on their tiptoes. The narrowing down is the rest of their foot) But for some reason, this creature seemed to walk on this part.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):   Walking to truck in middle of the night.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:   Large, dark in color with huge hind quarters

OTHER NOTES:   There was a pungent smell in the air that night that lingered into the morning.
The next day we found several footprints in the immediate vincinity.
