TIME:

10:30pm

LOCATION:   Hinds County, Mississippi

TERRAIN:    Wooded

OBSERVED:

I was headed home from Clinton and decided to go from a back short cut to head towards Raymond. It was raining particularly hard this night. As I approached a stop sign, a tall, matted, dark brown haired creature, walking upright, walked right in front of my truck. It was moving fast, but not running. My first thought was that I thought it was a man walking in the rain, but it's entire body was covered in hair. There was a fenced yard across from the stop sign and it stepped right over the fence 3 to 4 foot tall fence and kept walking. My lights were on high beam and there was no mistake of the identification. I was on my cell phone at the time and I told my girlfriend that I just saw Bigfoot and we laughed it off. The whole encounter was roughly about 10 seconds.

Additional Things:

My windows were up but now sound were heard. It's arms were swung and it had long strides in its walk.

Activities of Witness:

I was driving and on my cell phone approaching a stop sign.

Description of Creature:  The creature used long strides in its walk. A very short neck. Roughly 7 foot tall. Dark brown matted hair.
