LOCATION:   Ocean County, New Jersey

OBSERVED:    I was driving home from work one morning, when i saw what looked like a man beside the road. He was standing behind a road sign for the nj parkway. The thing was that he was at least a foot taller than the sign... must have been 8 foot or better. I doubled checked the next day driving home, I didn't see anything remotely man shaped by the sign. So what ever was there moved. 
 

Activities of Witness:   I was watching the road while driving when it caught my eye
 

Description of Creature:  Just a gray outline of a man, had broad shoulders and no neck.
