LOCATION:    Auglaize County,  Ohio
 

TERRAIN:       Lighty Wooded , River Bank
 
 

OBSERVED:    Some freinds and i were fishing and camping out on the river,
when a farmers dog came up to our camp site, he kept barking at the bridge so we
thru more wood on the fire to build up the light.  we saw somthing standing on
the bridge it was huge, it scared us so we ran to the car and drove off.  as
we drove away we got our courage back and turned around and went back to the
bridge with our bright lights on.   as the bridge came in to sight we could
see a large ape like creatcher standing in the middle of bridge, it was
about 8ft or so tall very stocky in shape but thinner than a gorrilla
covered with silver to dark grey long hair . the only facial featchers we
could see were red glowing eyes. as we came to the bridge it bolted and ran
off down the riverside. the following day my friends uncle took his hounds
out there to follow the trail they would not hunt, but instead just cowered
and whinned and ran in circles. these were very good coon hunting dogs.

We went back there many times never to see any thing again. we told our parents
but they just laughed it off to scarred boys in the night.   I had forgoten about it
until i saw a chat room about big foot and the repeating of the red eyes from others
made me report this . i know it has been many years but this is still fresh
in my memory it was a chilling exp. thank you

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  About 8' tall long silver to dark grey hair , ape like in stance but thinner than a gorrilla and big red glowing eyes!!! very fast runner.
 

OTHER NOTES:  Oh yeah there was broken branches along the way , from which the
creature ran
