DATE:    09/01/05

TIME:     about 3 am

LOCATION:   Jefferson County, Ohio

TERRAIN:    Mountains

OBSERVED:    This is the follow-up to the report submitted in July '06.  We were traveling to Indiana it was about 3:00 am my daughter who had the encounter on interstate 95 in October of '04 was driving and we had just come out the mountains from W. Virginia into Ohio and the smell hit us.  Understand, that time of the year it is cool in the mountains and we had all of the windows closed. You know when people talk about the smell of these things, I want you to know it is an awesome smell.  Well the smell was so foul it made my nose start burning.  I turned to my daughter and ask her if this was the same smell she had encountered on '95 she said yes. Then I asked her if the smell was that strong she said yes again.  Believe me the smell was a mixture of everything you can think of that's foul to the nth degree.
