LOCATION:  Near Ripley, Oklahoma, Payne County

TERRAIN:    Wooded, Rocky, near a gravel road

OBSERVED:    Two couples went out to visit.  They parked their truck off the side of a gravel raod.  The two girls were in the cab, and the two buys were on the back of the truck sitting on the tailgate.

They had been there about 30 minutes when the girls noticed a pair of red/orange eyes.  The eyes appeared to be on the other side of a creek that was not very wide, or not very far from the front of the truck.  The girls hollered at the guys to get into the cab of the truck, and they left as soon as they could get the truck started.
 

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):   Visting with each other

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  A dark outline for a head and red/orange glowing eyes, and what appeared to be one large eyebrow the length of the head over both eyes.
