TIME:     8 pm

LOCATION:   Butler County, Pennsylvania

TERRAIN:    Wooded with quad trails an a running stream

OBSERVED:    Myself and two friends Sally and Lindsay were doing some off-roading in my wrangler. We traveled to the end of the trail and turned around to head back home. On the way back up the trail i saw what at first i thought was an owl soaring quickly across the trail only 45 or 50 feet in front of the vehicle. I thought is was an owl at first because it moved much quicker than a deer and stayed at an approximate height of 8 or nine feet. I then cried out to the girls "what the heck was that" and at the same time i say the creature as it ran farther into the woods and could tell it was much larger than an owl. Both girls were like " what was that?" We drive only ten seconds to the point on the trail that i had seen it and stopped the jeep. there was nothing in the woods anywhere. We exited the jeep and ten feet in front of us was two definitive tracks, one on the hard trail ground that we had just ran over on the way in, which my tires made no marks in, and the other 6 1/2 feet away in the fresher softer leaf soil on the side of the trail. We looked up and to the left of the tracks about 15 feet and found similar prints, two of them, with a spread of 7 feet from heel to toe. We measured several prints and heel to toe the all had a size of 16 inches. We took pictures of these prints and went right of the trail to find more prints every 10-15 feet and all having around a 7 foot stride and a 16 inch print. The prints themselves have a definite heel and big toe claw mark. The big toe mark on the corresponding prints seem ed in place for a upright walker. These tracks were followed for around 150 feet where a definitive heel slides as it went down a short embankment but stopped short of the stream. We tagged what we thought were good marks with yellow tape. Also around two mark sets were broken dead trees, freshly broken because the wood was not water marked. These broken trees were 2-3 inches thick with tracks right by.

Activities of Witness:   We were four wheeling the jeep just before it gets dark and were just there.

Description of Creature:  From my viewpoint the creature was creamy brown and silver, and hairy as well. I had first thought it was an owl due to the color speed and height, but got a look at the lower half as it continued quickly down the woods. The girls both said that it was more silvery than brown and that they definitely saw it running like a man

Other Notes:    We were all relieved to have all seen this creature together. Had no one else seen it i wouldn't have even stopped the jeep, and would not have seen the tracks. We know for ourselves that we are not crazy and hold the possibility open for more reasonable explanation. However, as of right now and until i see if my plaster cast dries well enough in the rain to expose anything otherwise, My friends and I believe we saw bigfoot. Not a deer, not a dog, not a bear, not an emu, i checked that out, no it was BIGFOOT : )

Other (Informational or Encounter History in the General Area) Notes:    This happened virtually right behind my house probably only 1 1/2 miles away. My house is located right next to XXXX Cemetery where on one occasion myself and my friend XXXX saw blue orb ghosts disappear and reappear over graves, and, two other individuals who lived in the trailer behind the cemetery in a non related occurrence awoke to see a blue orb floating through the air and into the woods only 40 feet from their bedroom window. I had never told them of my same experience.
