RECEIVED FROM: G.C.B.R.O. Web Site Submission Form

DATE:        08/xx/93

TIME:            11:30 pm to 12 am

LOCATION:   Davidsville, Pennyslvania, Cambria County

TERRAIN:      Wooded

OBSERVED:   It seemed to be fishing, running in the water about 5 to 10 feet
offshore, along the shore line about 100 yard off to my right as to scare
fish onto the bank.

Yes as i crossed the road to the other side of the bridge it came
along the bank to where i was fishing at,  proceeded to my car where i had in
my possesion a six-pack of seven shot fireworks containing m-80 size
explosions.  As i went back to where i was fishing i threw rocks into the
high grass but couldn`t see because my light from my lantern was obscured by
high grass and weeds, but it ran across the back of an eddy and I guess it
stopped to see what I was doing.  I lit one of the fireworks and launched
them to explode above the trees where it ran to and after the seven
explosions it was dead silent for about two to three seconds.  Then as a
avid hunter heard a squeal; kind of like a screech such as that of a howler
monkey.  I picked up my fishing equipment and scrambled out of there as fast
as I could.  A sound I never heard before and probably will never hear again
(or want to anyway)!!!

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  I dropped a friend off at work and proceeded to go fishing.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:   I saw him approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to the incident walking across the road, about a mile to a mile and a half down the same
road. He was an estimated 7 feet in height and weighed about 300 pounds.
