LOCATION:    Large wooded area near Avis Pennyslvania,
                  Clinton County
 

TERRAIN:       Old growth forest with logging trails around it!
 

OBSERVED:    At first let me tell you how this came to be!  My wife's grandmother who lives on the side of these woods, has some relatives staying with her, "one night a man who is staying there put a garbage bag outside her trailer near her tool shed, while they were sleeping "something ripped open the garbage bag and ate everything in it!". What was strange about this was that there were full corn cobs with husks still on them, "and whatever got the garbage," pulled the husks
back and ate the corn!  "so i thought that sounded a little wierd for a bear to do that," because she had problems with several bears last summer and they always pulled the garbage bags into the woods before they started tearing into them. "the next day I decided to do a little snooping around back in the woods to see if I would find something,"and boy i found more than
I could possibly stand!  I found several trails of footprints leading from the woods near her trailer to an old logging path about a hundred yards into the woods. This trail went south for about another 40 yards and intersected with an old trail that went east way back into the woods! "I wasnt about to go any further because the woods back there are very,very thick and dark! "When I was turning around to leave, "I heard this deep throated howl that lasted about five seconds,from about 30 yards from me back in the real thick part of the woods,"and the howl was answered by what sounded like a large owl, further back in the woods!
"needless to say!" "I got the hell out of there!". "on my way out of the woods I heard large branches breaking and the forest got silent as a sleeping church. "did play it smart during this venture!" I took a camera with me and got several pictures of footprints and some tree damage probably done by this possible bigfoot or bigfoots!. "did take a picture of the area where the howl came from,"before I started to leave!.
 
 

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  "I stayed outside my wifes grandma's trailer that night inside my car with a camera and camcorder hopeing that the bigfoot or bigfoots would show themselves, "but no luck!". "did hear a loud cawling sound back in the woods like a giant stork or something like resembled a bird!
 
 

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:    "didnt see the thing,"but it let me know that it was there!".
 
 

OTHER NOTES:  "a lot of rabbits started comeing out
of the woods a couple of weeks before this event happened!.

OTHER SIGHTINGS IN THIS AREA?:   "Yes there has been bigfoot sightings in Clearfield county about 60 miles west of here,"and around Salladasburg 50 miles north of Jersey shore!". "for the record,"there have been a hole lot of sightings in Clearfield county!. "several have been on the news here!"
