OBSERVED:
Loud screaming in back of my yard while walkingy dog. It sounded like a
combination of a screaming piglet and a cat. Went on for a few minutes.
Even my neighbor tufned on her lights. We are only three houses on a dirt
road with federal land on two sides if us and forest on the other sides.

Info: Last year around
9pm. I think it was the summer time are heard similar noises and my dog
was missing. That sounded like som we something was screaming for its life.
I never heard anything like it. We thought it was our dog being killed.
Even when we got close to the sound it seemed like you could never get
near it. I even convinced a federal ranger to come because I didn't have
any guns and was nervous. He was not much help and would not follow
me as far into back of my property to get closer to the sounds. He was
not sure what it was. The screaming went on for a good hour and a half.
I found my dog the next morning unharmed and not in the same area from
where the sounds were coming from. She was pekingnese.

of Witness: Wife also heard
the sounds. This last encounter I have not had a chance to talk to my neighbor
about.
