LOCATION: Hamblen County, Tennessee

TERRAIN: Wooded

OBSERVED: I was going home from taking my daughter to work as i was almost to Beacon Light Road saw something come out of a wooded area and i took my foot off gas but was still rolling because it is a up hill climb the thing walked across the road and stepped over guard rail thats when i gave the car gas and when on. I could see the hair hanging off its arms it looked like it was matted together. It never looked my way But it took me a month to stop there and see how tall the guard rails were I am 5'5 and the rail came up to my hip this thing stepped over rail like it was nothing
