DATE:        5/14/01

TIME:          3:20? P.M.

LOCATION:   Franklin, Tennessee,  Williamson County

TERRAIN:      Wooded

OBSERVED:    I was breaking some long branches into smaller ones for a fire. To break them I was beating them against a tree.  After I finished beating it and it broke a little off I heard a high pitched screem off in the distance.  At first,  I thought this to be coincidance. Then after doing several more poles it happened again and again. After about 45 minutes of this I figured it wasn't coincadence but most likely a  Sasquatch.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  Breaking up firewood

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:

OTHER SIGHTINGS IN THIS AREA?:   My friend was with me and he heard it too. He didn't believe in Sasquatch and is a little more convinced now.
