RECEIVED FROM: G.C.B.R.O. Web Site Submission Form

DATE:   08-15-81

TIME:       10:00 A.M.

LOCATION:  Guadalupe County, Texas
At the Guadalupe River pumps west of the Victoria
                Dupont Plant

TERRAIN:     Wooded

OBSERVED:    First heard leaves being moved around like armadillos were rooting.  Didn't pay a lot of attention because they were on the other side of the river.  The second noise stopped and it felt like someone was watching me.  Looked up across the river and saw about a six foot tall creature standing upright with chestnut colored hair looking at me.  We made eye contact and I suspected what I saw.  I got shaken up and ran back up the riverbank and left.  I did hear the creature running away also.  I would like to add that this creatures was very clean looking and very beautiful.  I wouldn't expect anyone to believe me but if you ever see it, you'll know exactly what it is.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESS(ES):  Fishing with my brother.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  Six foot tall, standing upright, chestnut colored hair, very clean in appearance.
