OBSERVED:    I was coming back home from being out when I shouldn't have been @ about 2:30 am walking threw the woods behind the house/property that I grew up in. I was about 17 @ the time, I remember that it was very cold, I heard someone jogging lightly threw my back yard.  I was one the other side of the fence (I was not in my yard yet) I thought that it must have been my father (because no dogs were barking like; they usually do when they hear noise in the night, no matter who it is, so I stood very still. Then something jumped over the almost 6 ft fence, by throwing it's legs over the fence after grabbing the top w/its hands, it landed 5 feet in front of me, we stood there and stared @ each other for a moment (it seemed to be about 7 ft and had very dark hair from head to toe...at first I thought it was someone dressed all in black, I couldn't make out any features) then it crouched down and took off---I could hear branches breaking as it went threw the woods. I couldn't move for about an hour
 

Activities of Witness:   Walking home late at night through the woods.
 

Description of Creature:  7 ft plus and had very dark hair from head to toe
