TERRAIN:    Wooded 
 

OBSERVED:    Second hand report from a woman named Xxxx who grew up on a remote farm near Lake Chelan Wa...As a teenager in the early 70s, she heard a noise at her window one night & pulled the shades up to see a huge face staring back at her..It soon dashed off. She described the head as larger then any human head & ape-human in appearance...She later told her mother about it and her mother confided that she had  seen the same creature staring at her through the kitchen window some days earlier...

Additional things: In a possibly related incident: Xxxx, her sister and their parents went on a hike on a nearby trail..As they were hiking up the trail they began to feel uneasy..Suddenly a pack of five coyotes came running down the trail towards them..They seemed to be fleeing something as they were looking behind them and were so preoccupied that they paid no attention to Xxxx & her family..It all happened very suddenly and as the coyotes reached the stunned hikers, the pack split with three going to one side and the other two to the other side...They passed so close that they  actually brushed against Xxxx.The family decided to end the hike that day and returned home...
 

Activities of Witness:   She was in her bedroom. 
 

Description of Creature:  A huge ape-human face...
