DATE: May 9, 2002

TIME:  1:45 P.M.

LOCATION: Washington, King County

TERRAIN: National Forest/Mountains

OBSERVED:  I was walking down a trail in the mountains with my dad and my
friend. Even though it was in May, there was some snow on the trail.
If you were walking down the trail, on your left there would be a cliff
with some trees in front of it, which were right next to you. On your
right, there was a hill with trees all over it. On a small patch of snow, I
saw some footprints. You could see five toes and a very long, flat foot. At
first I thought they were from a bear, but they were a lot bigger and
flatter. A few minutes later, on top of the hill, I saw something that was
walking on two feet. It could have been a person that wanted to go
exploring, a bear, or Bigfoot. Nobody believes me, except my friend and my dad.

ACTIVITIES OF WITNESSES:   Walking on a mountain trail.

DESCRIPTION OF CREATURE:  Tall, maybe 6 ft., hairy and very fast.
