LOCATION:  Van Zandt, Washington, Whatcom County

TERRAIN:  Wooded, Mountainous

OBSERVED:    While Deer hunting heard a loud high pitched scream/howl. It lasted for about 10 seconds.  Drowned out all others sounds on this windy rainy day.  Felt like I was being watch before I heard the yell.

Description of Creature:   N/A

Activities of Witness:  Walking back to truck after hunting, walking in the woods
