Report Received From: The GCBRO Online Report Submission Form.

DATE:    July 19, 2003

TIME:     Noon

LOCATION:   Vilas County, Wisconsin

TERRAIN:    Wooded

OBSERVED:    I heard rustling of trees and leaves, and also branches snapping.   After about 3 minutes of listening a fur covered animal standing on two legs emerged out of the woods.  It was very big, at least 7 ft.  The creature was a dark brown color with some black running through.  I could not see the face.

When the creature noticed me it just stared as if trying to intimidate me.  I just stood in shock, when I snapped out of it I panicked and got on my bike and started to go very fast but the creature mimicked me and chased along side my bike in the woods.  I wasn't alone but my mom was riding her bike way behind me and didn't notice anything until I yelled out to her to hurry up.  By the time she caught up with me the creature darted into the woods.

Activities of Witness:   Just going for a usual summer bike ride

Description of Creature:  fur covered animal standing on two legs.  It was very big, at least 7 ft.  The creature was a dark brown color with some black running through.  I could not see the face.

Other Notes:    My friend saw two furry creatures that were  dark brown eating berries by her house, they were what she believes a mother and child sasquatch.
