LOCATION:   Barnstable County, Massachusetts  
 

TERRAIN:    Residential  
 

OBSERVED:    A very large black cat passed in front of me 30 or 40 feet away as i was walking down main st..  It was more muscular than a couger like a panther but bigger.  It might of been as big as a tiger. Jet black. It turned it's head to look at ne as it passed in front of me. It's eye's were a glowing green. This happened on main street on fall nite in a small town on cape cod around 9pm. Lots of large homes but mostly or all empty since it was the fall.  It was aware of me. My sense of it was that even though it was crystal clear it was paranormal.  But what???? This happened. I would take a lie detector any time.
 

Additional Info:    Just that it was a shock to see this thing.
 

Activities of Witness:    Was just taking an evening stroll.
 

Description of Creature:  Large jet black tiger/cougar with glowing green eyes.
