TERRAIN:    Wooded 
 

OBSERVED:    I was riding my horse outback and saw this really big set of bare foot prints and followed them i never seen tracks out here before like this so i followed them my horse XXXXX was real spooky he was sniffing the tracks in the snow then this god awful smell lofted through the air my horse would not go in the thicket by the river heard loud scream and ice breaking and trees branches popping horse started really acting funny now he is in the pasture he just stares toward the swampy thicket like he is watching for whatever is in that area i called the dnr they said too not call them call police im embarrassed by how they acted about it they said they get these sightings every once in awhile tracks are about 15 maybe 16 inches it snowed more now already had 6 inches of snow so i no no man was walking around bare foot it has my wife freaked out well that's all i got never saw it but heard it yell horrible scream deep guttural sound.
