OBSERVED:
I went fishing with some friends they got the lanterns going and we were
fishing for around 45 minutes. i decided to walk back to a old cut out
at mifflin lake. i was quiet walking up to my spot. the shad was running
strong about three foot from the bank was solid shad. i went to set my
pole when i seen it through the brush. it scared the hell out of me. there
was a big brush that hung over the water this thing was standing in the
water. looked like it was trying to catch the fish. it was around 7 foot
tall and very dark even against the night. but never reported it until
now.

Description
of Creature: 7 foot tall between
300- 350 pounds dark hair. it gave me a weird feeling like i shouln't have
been there!

Notes: he did not look
at me. but he could tell i was there by the way he walked off rapidly.
i knew that he knew i was there i know what i saw it wasn't a bear. no
bear around there to my knowledge at least no 7 foot tall bear. it was
big but swift
